Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in central Manchester but always happy to travel. If your location can be reached by car, train or plane, I'll be there. I charge a small travel fee outside of Manchester, so please get in touch for a full quote.

How does your photography process work?

After your initial email, I'll set to work on a mood board which you'll have access to - I encourage you to share any ideas you have. Closer to your shoot, I'll send information including some ideas on what to wear, confirmation of our location choices and agree where we'll meet.

During the shoot, I'll direct you as much as you like and show you some photos as we go so you can see we're on the right track (and give you a confidence boost!)
After the shoot, I'll remove any images where the lighting isn't quite working, your eyes are closed or it's a repetitive image. From there, you can either have final pick of your photos or I can choose the best ones for you.

It can take me up to a week to edit your photos (a little longer for products). When finished, you'll receive your full edited collection in an online gallery. Ready to download and use!

Can I add more time or photos to a shoot?

Of course! I charge £50 for every additional hour of shooting. If you'd like to purchase further images, it's an additional £30 per 20 edited photos.

Can you edit my face and body?

I can, but I never will. First of all, as the face of your business, it's so important that your customers and clients know who they're meeting and working with. Editing yourself gives a false impression - instead, we'll work to achieve beautiful photos that represent you (the unedited version).

Trust me when I say that when you're captured doing something you love, there's a confidence and charm that you can't find elsewhere.

I’m not comfortable in front of the camera

I've never met anyone who is - including myself. Everyone needs a helping hand to feel confident and to achieve those lovely natural shots. I'll send through a mood board of pose ideas before the shoot and give as much direction as you need on the day.

Not one for big crowds? I won’t force you into awkward situations and busy locations. Whether it’s booking a restaurant before it opens, picking out quiet side streets or using the great outdoors, I’ve got a list of pretty wonderful locations you wouldn’t want to share anyway. Most importantly, we'll chat and get to know each other before and during your shoot - and dare I say, you might just enjoy it.

Are you an inclusive photographer?

I believe everyone deserves the space to shout about themselves and to feel confident in their craft. Part of why I love my job is being able to work with people from all backgrounds and to bring so many different stories to life - no matter your story!

I always seek out inclusive spaces for photoshoot locations and am well connected to local vendors if you have a particular requirement. If there's anything I can do to make your photoshoot more comfortable, please let me know.
